"Mental Training" in "Inner(es) Training" will replace the strain of skiing. Relaxed VIP skiing days guided by Franz Mühlbauer, former mental coach of various national ski teams, are complemented by a very gentle introduction to holistic regeneration. With suitable meditations, day by day, a total work of art of holiday joy will grow, completed by short, interesting sessions of physical recovery and mental strength.
