Our Sommelier, Paolo De Vallier, devoted wine connoisseur and worshipper of fine wines is in charge of our wine cellar.

Our wine list therefore offers typical wines from the Trentino region in South Tyrol, treasured wines from other regions of Italy as well as foreign wines from France, Austria, North America and South Africa.
