Our Head Chef

The dishes our Head Chef Norbert Egger and his team recommend are always prepared on the spot with fresh ingredients.

Our specialties are national and international dishes that only use ecologically grown products (such as meat products of pork, lamb, veal or milk products) from our farmers, as well as dishes savoured with fresh herbs from our own garden in the summer.
The recently released CD by our head Chef contains all kinds of recipes for you to try out.

Norbert Egger, born in St. Martin in the Passeier Valley, began his career in 1969 in Merano. After achieving top marks and receiving his diploma as chef and in catering marketing, he went on to Hamburg, Brussels, London, New York, Miami, Istanbul, Zagreb, Bangkok and Beijing.
